Supporting local youth programs is an important part of our commitment to the communities we serve, and we’re proud to sponsor the Evergreen Mountain Biking Team. This partnership allows us to help provide opportunities for student-athletes to stay active, build skills, and be part of a positive team environment.
The Evergreen Mountain Biking Team welcomes Evergreen High School riders of all experience levels—whether they’re interested in competing or simply looking to enjoy time on the trails. The program emphasizes inclusivity, encouraging both boys and girls to participate regardless of their riding ability. With a focus on skill development, teamwork, and having a positive riding experience, the team creates an environment where students can grow both on and off the bike.
Throughout the fall season, riders participate in a structured schedule that includes after-school practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays, along with trail work and skills training on Wednesdays. Races take place every other weekend from August through October, with additional group rides scheduled on off weekends when possible. Many student-athletes also balance the biking team alongside other fall sports, making it a flexible and accessible program.
The team is affiliated with the Colorado High School Cycling League, an organization dedicated to building strong minds, bodies, and character through cycling. This connection helps provide a well-organized and supportive framework for student riders across the state.
