In May, 2017, the Olson Law Firm, LLC received for their client a million dollar verdict against a general surgeon who negligently performed a gall bladder surgery. As a result of the surgery, the firm’s client underwent the removal of half of her liver, and three revision surgeries. She suffered from pain and disfigurement and received six hundred thousand dollars in additional medical bills. Leading up to and through the trial, the surgeon refused to take responsibility for his actions.
