What’s a Challenging Case You Have Handled and How Did Your Team Make Sure Your Client Got Justice?

One case in particular that was very challenging for us was a medical malpractice case where a woman was severely injured, but no one could figure out why or how. We all knew something had gone wrong, but nobody could figure out the why and the how.

What we did to answer those questions was a lot of research. We talked to a lot of different physicians to figure out what exactly happened along the that caused this woman so many injuries, and it took time.

It took a lot of resources, and it took a lot of patience to get doctors on the phone or in a room to meet with us to explain to us the medicine and how that resulted in this woman’s harm. And ultimately, we did that.

After we asked why enough times, we finally found what we call the root cause of all of her problems.And that allowed us to focus on the right defendants and the right institutions that caused this woman’s harm and her injuries and ultimately we were successful.

It took several years to get there, but we didn’t give up. Our client didn’t give up and we ultimately got justice.
