How Do You Prepare a Client to Go to Trial?

Preparing a client for trial is different for every client. Every client we have brings with them their own experiences, their own stories, their own preconceived notions of what a trial is, and some are ready to go from day one, and I’m 100% comfortable that they’ll be able to sit on a stand and tell their story.

Others need help, others need to become more comfortable with telling their story to other people, people they don’t know, which can be hard because when we go to a trial, clients are being asked to share some of the most intimate moments of their lives, some of the most traumatic moments of their lives, and that can be a very difficult thing.

So we spend the time with every client that that client needs, learning how to tell their story, giving them the confidence to tell their story so that they can get justice for themselves.
