Mary-Anne Van Berkum serves as Olson Personal Injury Lawyers’ Director of Client Satisfaction. She the voice on the other end of the line every month checking in with clients to make sure everyone’s questions are answered and their needs met.
Mary-Anne is a Colorado native and grew up on her family’s dude ranch in the southern Colorado Rockies. While working on the ranch, she had the benefit of interacting with guests on a daily basis, and from a young age she realized the importance of communicating with guests.  “If the guests aren’t satisfied, nobody’s satisfied” she says. In fact, as a child, Mary-Anne’s parents gave her an old rotary phone and she would pretend to make “very important” calls to “clients” and chat with them!
Fast forward to adulthood, and that little girl’s ambition has become her wonderful daily reality. As the Director of Client Relations at Olson Personal Injury Lawyers, Mary-Anne is well-suited to apply her passion for communication. As she says, “Simply put, I am a people person. I’ve never met someone I didn’t enjoy talking to. I like getting to know people, learning about their lives, and helping them feel better.”
Outside of Olson Personal Injury Lawyers, Mary-Anne is a team-roper (a rodeo event) and co-owner of a horse breeding program. She currently has about a dozen mares, two stallions, and she loves playing with and training each year’s crop of foals (baby horses). Mary-Anne also loves to travel. She has journeyed to Kenya, throughout Europe, and most recently, spent a significant amount of time in Florida caretaking her grandparents.
Mary-Anne feels blessed to be a part of Olson Personal Injury Lawyers, and she looks forward to talking to YOU!
