What Is Comparative Negligence Law In Wyoming?

Video Description:

Wyoming has what’s called comparative negligence. In Wyoming, it is specifically called modified comparative negligence, and what that means is if a jury finds that you, the claimant or the plaintiff, is more than 50% at fault for causing the accidents, then you cannot recover so if you are more at fault than the defendant driver, you will not be able to have a recovery in the state of Wyoming.

If you’re unsure about how comparative fault might affect your personal injury claim, please give us a call so that we can discuss the facts and walk you through it.
