Does Every Case You Work on Go to Trial?

Not every case we work on goes to trial. In fact, the opposite is probably true. Most cases we work on don’t end up going to trial. In other words, some resolution is found before a trial date actually arrives.

But that being said, we treat every case as though it is going to go to trial, and that gives us strength and it gives our clients and our clients’ cases strength. Along the way, because insurance companies and corporations know that even if a trial date is approaching, we’re not gonna panic because we’re ready. We’re ready to take that case all the way through to a jury verdict if we need to.

As a result, because they know we’re ready to go, they don’t push it all the way through to a trial, and we’re able to find a resolution without the stress and the expense that a trial brings.
